"April was amazing to work with! Due to our family and work situation, it took us over a year of house hunting until we finally found our ideal home. April was extremely patient and professional with us - she took the time to learn our tastes and preferences and not only was our agent but was also our Long Island tour guide introducing us to different regions, communities and towns. Working with April was a pleasure - she was a trusted ally in our home search - she was always straightforward, honest and informative. When it came down to finalizing an offer (in a very competitive market) April helped us navigate a complex situation and was critical in our successful bid and purchase of our ideal home. While our finding April as our agent was serendipitous - we are so glad we connected and couldn't have asked for a better agent to help navigate us through a huge change for us. "As a realtor, April goes above and beyond. Her heart is so big, I swear she takes on all of our feelings, stress, and sadness, as we journey towards leaving the place we have have adored for so long... Finding a new home in any market is tough. Selling one is even tougher. Every issue, every detail, all things that needed to be done...calls needed, getting through to lawyers... April was right there with me through all of it. Not once did I feel pressured, or pushed to say or do anything one way or another. I love that April sees me and understands the depth of what it took for me to leave my beloved home. She is a friend that i have known for many years, but this experience brought us into a closeness we will always have now. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with because she cares. She is extremely knowledgeable, she knows the area. we looked at so many house to rent... She helped us find a perfect place to settle into until we are ready to buy again. I feel like what I am writing is so bland .. Its so hard to put into words how beautifully this woman does her job. She is a Gem. She has instincts that are powerful. She is an empath.. feels all your emotions and loves you through them. I will never ever use another realtor. She has a light in her that embodies kindness and compassion. "We had an exceptional experience working with April to find our forever home. As first time home buyers, we had limited knowledge and were very nervous about the process of finding a home. From the first time we spoke with her, April immediately set us at ease -- she spent time to explaining what we could expect and she was always available to answer our questions. She listened to our preferences and was very well organized. We had several days when we saw multiple properties and everything went seamlessly. After we spent a day seeing properties, April then would stay with us with us to discuss the details of the homes, our likes/dislikes, and our plan going forward. April has great care and dedication for her work, and we trusted her fully throughout the process. We give her our highest recommendation."

"April did a fantastic job selling my house. Out of the three agents I interviewed she was the one that I chose, and obviously by my ratings, I wasn't one bit disappointed. She was punctual and immediately made me feel that she loved her job. Overseeing details, she gave great advice on decorating and preparing the house for pictures and visits. Her choice of photographer was excellent and pictures came out great. She helped me to take decisions and was of excellent counsel, keeping in touch with me regularly and making visits for prospective buyers and myself easy. Always considerate and professional, April made the transition and sale of my house feel special and unique. I would recommend her highly to anyone considering the sale of their property."

"I recently worked with April to sell my home in East Northport, specifically the Elwood section this past Spring/Summer. From the moment we met, I had the gut feeling that we would work together. Her initial consultation included a well put together book of next steps for selling my home, recent local comp sales, and strategy plan. Her pragmatic approach blended perfectly with what I was envisioning for the sale of my home. April was extremely responsiveness and she always quelled any concerns or questions I had with the process. Every step of the way April was there, from coordinating the photos of the house, till last minute needs right before closing. April amazingly and successfully landed 18 solid offers, either at or over asking price. She assisted me with choosing the best one and the entire process was smooth through the actual closing. If I could give her 10 stars for each, I would. Highly recommend April over and over again."

"April went over and beyond what my husband and I can expect from an real estate agent. We met some agents before April when we started looking for house and decided to choose April as our agent. We were worried about getting real estate agent in the beginning due to hidden fee and sometimes buyers feel pushed to get a house. But April was the exception. Not only she understood our concern without us saying it, she took her time to send us different houses listing until she got the idea of what do we wanted in the house. During almost 3 years working with her to find our happy home, April was always responsive, very details and knowledgeable on housing, but above all, she is very caring and really put her passion in finding a house for us. We looked for house for almost 3 years due to Covid and high interest rate but April always cheered us up and was consistent until we found our house. We really appreciate her work ethics and her professionalism. April is very dedicated to her work. We learn a lot about housing and taking care of the house through her. When it comes to the houses we liked as a potential home, April always thoroughly looked through them, and even discussed with us on issues and way to fix them. She is always quick to get us the appointment (regardless of how crazy houses went off the market).
